@ridwan I remember my journey like that as well. I started back up running about 4-5 years ago. It was slow going for me at first to build back up to a 5k week by week I just try to get out there. Then a couple of years ago I got into a habit of running a 5k a day (actually you just reminded me I was on a Podcast a year ago talking about that) and now my goal is for some longer distances.
